Dogs are raving about Boises newest fido-friendly play area. It’s called Together Treasure Valley Dog Island and it’s awesome. The off-leash dog park is 5.4 acres with 2 ponds and a fenced-in area for “shy dogs”. The park opened July 30, and is located within Ann Morrison Park only a few minutes from Downtown Boise. The park will be open year-round and offers dog-owners several benches along with trash cans and doggy bags. There are future plans for a picnic shelter and a drinking fountain.
