If you live in the Treasure Valley you know that fries are a BIG DEAL. Idaho is known for their potatoes, yes this is true. But if you’ve been following our blog for any amount of time, you know that the Gem State has so many hidden treasures that make this place so great! But yesss, the rumors are true — our potatoes are amazingggg. So we thought it would be a fun idea to head over to the Boise Fry Co. and taste-test all their variations of fries to find which fry on their menu is the best. We care about YOU so much that we’re willing to do that for you. You’re very, very welcome;)
A little bit about BFC: they obtain the finest and richest potatoes available from Buhl, Idaho. They prepare each potato with love and follow a strict regiment to ensure each fry retains its quality and flavor. Yum. All vegetables are fried in natural, GMO-free sunflower seed oil and left unsalted so customers can choose from any of the BFC’s house-made seasoning and dipping sauces! In addition to the fries, BFC has amazingly delicious hamburgers, but that’ll have to be for a future post because today it’s all about the fries!
